From the year of 2013, Shapla Doel Sangsad continues Ramadan food item distribution among the underprivileged people in the community through contributions from organizations & individuals.
We would like to provide an update on the Ramadan food item distribution ‘2023 initiative. Alhamdulillah, so far we have received TK304,000 from our brothers in Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Qatar including an Indian brother based in Hong Kong. May Allah accept their contributions and give them better rewards here and hereafter.
With this fund, we have already distributed essential food items to 190 families. We may do another round of distribution in mid-Ramadan if we receive enough funds, as there is still demand in the locality.
